Bake 375 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes

Orange 2 teaspoon orange extract with 1 tablespoon orange peel instead of vanilla

Chocolate-almond Decrease vanilla to 1 teaspoon, add 1 teaspoon almond extract and 3 tablespoon cocoa
