In bowl, Combine cornmeal, flour, sugars, salt and soda; Mix well set aside.
Combined egg, buttermilk and oil; Beat well.
Stir in dry ingredients to egg mixture until just moistened.
Pour into prepared muffin tin about 3/4 full.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until wooden stick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Move to cooling rack for about 5 minutes.
Best served warm.
