Place Ribs in single layer in pan.
Combine all ingredients; Mix well and heat.
Pour over ribs; Chill for 2 hours.
Preheat oven 450 degrees. Bake 30 minutes covered.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees, Uncover; Continue baking about 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender;
Baste often.
