Preheat oven to 350. Generouly grease and flour 2 9x5 loaf pans. Select your favorite banana bread from list.
In a large bowl, beat all ingredients together until well mixed. Pour batter into loaf pans. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Chocolate- Chocolate Chip- chocolate cake mix and 2 c. chocolate chips
Chocolate Chip Banana Bread- yellow cake mix and 2 c chocolate chips
Banana Split- Cherry chip cake mix, 1 jar maraschino cherries (sliced in half), 1/2 chopped almonds. Top cooked and cooled loaf with a drizzle of hot fudge sauce and a dollop of whipped cream
Banana Butterscotch- butter pecan cake mix & 2 c. butterscotch chips
Cinnamon Sugar- white cake mix & sprinkle the the top of loaves with 1/4 c. cinnamon/sugar before baking
Strawberry Banana- Strawberry cake mix, 1 c. frozen strawerries ( thawed, drained & chopped)
Spiced Banana & Cream Cheese Swirl Bread- spice cake, 8 oz
