Unroll 1 can of rolls on bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Pinch perforations together. Cream together cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, vanilla & egg yolk. Spread evenly over dough. Unroll second can & place dough on top of cream cheese mixture. Mix egg white with 1 t. water. Brush on top layer with egg wash & sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/4 c. sugar and cinnamon. May omit cinnamon/sugar and sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm from oven.
