2 lbs beef
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tspn dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
Instructions
Marinade overnight. Boil marinade and use to baste the pork while cooking.
