Preheat oven to 350.
Cream butter and sugar; add egg & mix. Add remaining ingredients & mix until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Roll dough 1/8 inch thick on lightly floured board. Dip cutters into flour before cutting out shapes. Place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
