     Pork Chop N Potato Bake

Ingredients
6 Pork Chops
vegetable oil for browning meat
Durkee Seasoned Salt to taste
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp Durkee ground black pepper
1 pkg(24 ounces) frozen O'Brien or hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Chedder cheese
 
1 can (2.8 ounces) Durkee French Fried Onions

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet. Sprinkle with seasoned sale and set aside. Combine soup, milk,sour cream, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt; mix well. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French Fried Onions. Toss to mix well. Spoon mixture into 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake, covered, 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
Make your own casseroles even better- 1. Stir in 1/2 can with other ingredients for zest and flavor. 2.Sprinkle remaining onions over casserole during last 5 minutes of baking for a magnificent crunchy topping.
