     Ham-Broccoli-Potato Casserole

Ingredients
3 large baking potatoes (1 1/2 pounds), sliced
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp each salt and paprika
1/8 tsp pepper
1 (10 ounce) pkg frozen broccoli spears
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
 
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded Chedder cheese
2 cups cubed ham
paprika

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange sliced potatoes in a 9x13-inche baking dish. Melt butter in small pan, stir in salt, paprika and pepper; Drizzle butter mixture over potatoes. Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender. Cook broccoli, set aside.
To make sauce- Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour, salt, mustard and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk, heat to boiling, stirring constantly; Boil 1 minute. Stir in cheese until melted.
Arrange broccoli spears on top of hot potatoes in dish. Spread ham over broccoli and potatoes. Top with cheese sauce and sprinkle with paprika. Return to 425 degree oven for 15 minutes to heat and brown. Let set 5-10 minutes to set before serving.
