To make the cupcakes-
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Weapon of choice? The whisk.
Add the butter, sour cream, egg, egg yolks, and vanilla, then beat it.
Divide the batter amongst the 12 cupcake slots.
Bake for 20-23 minutes.
Set to cool for about 45 minutes to an hour prior to inserting the filling.
