     Fudgy Coconut Clusters

Ingredients
5 1/3 cups (about 1 1/2 (10 ounce) pkgs) of Mounds Sweetened Coconut Flakes
1 can (14 ounces) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk(not evaporated milk)
2/3 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1/4 cup(1/2 stick) butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
Hershey's mini kissess or semi sweet chocolate baking pieces or candied cherry pieces (optional)
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with aluminum foil; Generously grease foil with solid vegetable oil. Combine Mounds Sweetened Coconut Flakes, Eagle Brand, Hershey's cocoa, melted butter, vanilla and almond extract in large bowl; Mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 9-11 minutes or just until set; press 3 Hershey's Mini Kisses or candied cherry pieces(cut into slices) in center, if desired. Immediately remove cookies from foil to wire rack; Cool completely. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
To make Chocolate Chip Clusters- Omit melted butter and coconut; Stir together other ingredients; Add 1 cup Hershey's mini chips semi sweet chocolate; proceed as shown above.
