Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cracker crumbs, sugar and butter; press into 9x13-inch pan
Beat 2 eggs, cream cheese and sugar; Pour over crumb mixture; Bake 20 minutes.
Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water; Set aside
Beat 3 egg yolks in bowl.
Add pumpkin, salt, sugar,milk and cinnamon; mix well; set aside.
In double boiler, add dissolved gelatin; Cook until thick.
Add 3 beaten egg whites with 1/2 cup powdered sugar to pumpkin mixture.
Spread over cooled cream cheese;
Let stand until set.
