Ingredients
Sauerkraut from bag (Never canned)
Pork meat (With or without bone in)
1 Apple (Peeled, cored and diced)
1 Onion
2 Cloves garlic (Minced)
Oil
 

Instructions
In oil, cook onion until glassy and add garlic.
Add ½ of the sauerkraut straight from the bag, juice and all. Add pork and cover with the rest of the sauerkraut.
Top with diced apple.
Simmer for 1 hour, a little water can be added if juice gets low.
Serving Suggestions
Best served hot and with mashed potatoes
