In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg & milk; set aside. In large bowl beat sugar, pumpkin, oil, water & eggs. Combine dry ingredient; gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Stir in the nuts, raisins & dates.
Pour half the mixture into 3 greased and floured 8x4 loaf pans. Spoon filling over batter. Cover filling completely with remaining batter.
Bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Wrap in foil; refrigerate until serving.
