Dot bottom of large baking dish with butter. Cut onions into half moons. Cut potatoes and carrots into think slices. Layer onions, carrots and potatoes. Sprinkle each layer with salt, pepper, garlic powder and dot with butter.
Place dried chicken parts on top and sprinkle with more salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Top with a layer of crushed Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing. Dot with butter.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and continue baking for 1/2 hour.
