     Cinnamon Brownies

Ingredients
3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 t. baking soda
2/3 c. butter, melted & divided
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 t. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
 
1/4 t. salt
1 c chocolate chips
Frosting
6 T. butter, softened
1/2 c. cocoa 1- 1 1/2 t. cinnamon
2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 t. vanilla

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine coco and baking soda; blend in 1/3 c. melted butter. Add boiling water, stirring until thickened. Stir in sugar, eggs, vanill and remaining butter. Add flour, cinnamon & salt. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until brownies test done. Cool. For frosting, cream butter . Combine cocoa, sugar & cinnamon; add alternatelh the mil. Beat to a spreading consistency; add vanilla. Add more milk if necessary. Spread over the brownies.
