Ingredients
1 6oz chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts (optional)
2 TB butter
1/2 cup mini marshmellows
1 egg
1 cup sifted confectionate sugar
1/2 cup coconut
 
Instructions
Melt choco chips & butter over low heat. Remove from heat.
Blend in egg, stir in sugar, nuts and marshmellows. Blend well
Shape in small balls -Roll in coconut
Chill
