     Creamy Lemon Pie

Ingredients
8-9 inch graham cracker crust
3 egg yolks
1 can Eagle Brand milk 14 oz/
1/2 c. Real lemon juice
yellow food color
Whipped topping
Or make meringue
 
3 egg whites
1/4 t. cream of tartar
1/3 c sugar

Instructions
Beat ingredients together and pour into crust. Top with whipped topping or meringue Meringue- beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form; gradually add 1/3 c. sugar, beating until stiff but not dry. Spread over pie sealing carefully to edge of crust. Bake at 350 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool chill thoroughly.
