2 or 3 bunches curly kale, stems removed and chopped or torn into small pieces
3 to 4 Tbl. extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium red onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, chopped
2 to 3 Tbl. Bragg Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
2 Tbl. nutritional yeast
Ground cayenne to taste
Instructions
Place the kale in a large bowl and pour the oil over it. Toss with salad tongs to coat the leaves with the oil. Add the remaining ingredients and toss well. If you have time, let marinate at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
