Preheat oven to 350F.
Wash and dry the kale, and remove the stems. Cut the leaves into rough squares of approximately 2 inches each, and place the kale in single layers on 2 cookie sheets that have been lightly coated with cooking spray. Spritz the kale with a bit more cooking spray and sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake for 7 minutes. Flip and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until crispy.
