Bake one layer cake according to package directions. Prepare chocolate mousse according to package directions.
Layers ingredients in following order in trifle bowl - 1/4 cake crumbled, 1 package mousse mix, 1/2 Cool Whip, and 1/2 crushed candy bars. Repeat layer and refrigerate until ready to serve.
