Mix together dry ingredients and set aside. Cream together butter and sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients and then the dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness and cut with cookie cutter. Sprinkle with sugar or leave plain if going to frost. Bake at 350 degrees.
