Tear cake in small pieces/ Put into a 9x13 pan. Combine 7-up and orange juice; heat to boiling. Add marshmallows; stir until dissolved. Cool. Whip the cream and fold into 7 up mixture. Pour filling over cake. Top with coconut , if desired.
