     Chicken Enchilada Ring

Ingredients
2 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken
1 (4 oz) cup shredded cheddar cheese (or monterey jack cheese blend)
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, undrained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp southwest seasoning
2/3 cup finely crushed corn tortilla chips, divided
2 (8 oz) packages refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 cup salsa
1 cup sour cream
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, mix chicken, cheese, green chilies, mayonnaise, crushed chips, and seasoning mix.
On a baking stone, separate crescent rolls into triangles and arrange in a circle with wide ends overlapping in the center and points towards outside. Scoop chicken mixture evenly onto the wide ends of each triangle. Bring points of triangles up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center of ring (filling will not be completely covered).
Bake 20-25 mintues or until golden.
Serving Suggestions
Cut and serve with salsa and sour cream.
