Cake- Preheat oven to 350.
In a large boww, mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. In a saucepan, combine oil, butter, peanut butter and water. Bring to a boil. Pour hot peanut butter mixture over dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs; mix well. Pour into a 12x18 sheet pan. Bake in preheated oven 15-20 minutes.
Frosting-
In saucepan, combine peanut butter, milk, butter, and vanilla. Add nuts and powdered sugar. Beat well. Frost top of warm cake.
