     Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients
Cake
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1.2 c. oil
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. water
 
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
Frosting
1/2 c. peanut butter 1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. milk 1 lb powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 t. vanilla

Instructions
Cake- Preheat oven to 350. In a large boww, mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. In a saucepan, combine oil, butter, peanut butter and water. Bring to a boil. Pour hot peanut butter mixture over dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs; mix well. Pour into a 12x18 sheet pan. Bake in preheated oven 15-20 minutes. Frosting- In saucepan, combine peanut butter, milk, butter, and vanilla. Add nuts and powdered sugar. Beat well. Frost top of warm cake.
