     Dutch Apple Pie

Ingredients
1 Pie Crust
5 1/2 C peeled cored sliced apples
1 TB lemon juice
1/2 C granulated sugar
1/4 C brown sugar, packed
3 TB flour
1/2 tea ground cinnamon
1/4 tea nutmeg
Topping-
 
3/4 C flour
1/4 C sugar
1/4 C brown sugar, packed
1/3 C butter or margarine, room temperature

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Fit pie crust into pie plate. In large bowl, mix sliced apples, lemon juice, both sugars, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pile into crust.
Prepare topping- In a medium bowl, with a pastry blender or fork, mix flour, both sugars, and butter until coarsely crumbled. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes.
