For the dressing, place Longaberger Jalapeno Cilantro Seasoning Blend, vinegar and lime juice in a bowl and gradually whisk in the olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. In a large mixing bowl, combine all salad ingrediens, add dressign to taste and toss gently. Serve.
