Peel the potatoes and cut each lengthwise into 6 wedges. Toss teh potatoes with theolive oil, parmesan cheese, herbs, cayenne pepper, paprika, chili powder, salt and black pepper ina bowl. Arrange in a single layer in an oiled large shallow baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes or until the undersides are golden brown. Turn the potatoes over. Bake for 20 minutes longer or until golden brown and tender.
