Preheat Oven 325F. In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well to form smooth batter. Lightly grease 24 cup mini muffin baking tin (with Wildree grapeseed oil) or use candy liners.
Spoon 2 tsp. batter into each muffin cup and bake 12 - 14 min., or until tops form cracks.
Let cool 10 min. before serving.
