1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit. 2. Fit piecrust into a 9-inch pieplate according to package directions; fold edges under & crimp. 3. Combine pumpkin & remaining ingredients. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into piecrust. 4. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce ehat to 350 degrees and bake for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. 5. Cool on wire rack.
