     Pork Tenderloin with Potatoes

Ingredients
1 package pork tenderloin (2 pieces)
2-3 TBS oil
1 TSP dried rosemary
1 onion
8 medium potatoes - cut into quarters
1/2 cup chicken broth
 

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Farenheit. 2. Sprinkle the tenderloins with salt & pepper to taste and 1 TSP dried rosemary so coats pork all over. 3. Put 2-3 TBS vegetabl oil in large pan. Place on top of stove. Add tenderloins & coat with oil. 4. Put tenderloins in pan - arrange 1 onion around pork - peeled & cut in half. Brown all over turning often on medium heat until slightly browned. 5. Peel potatoes & place in saucepan with water and 1 TSP salt. Bing to a boil for less than 5 minutes & drain. 6. Put browned meat in a 9x13 casserole dish. Arrange potatoes & onion around pork. Pour chicken broth over all. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
