Combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham crumbs, butter, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl and mix well. Press into a 10x15 baking pan. Melt the chocolate chips and shortening in a small saucepan. Spread over the peanut butter layer to cover. Chill in fridge until firm. Cut into squares.
