     Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs red potatoes, baked (about 6 med.)
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 lb sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onion, sliced
 

Instructions
Cut greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with half the salt, pepper and bacon. Top with half the sour cream and cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until cheeses are melted. Sprinkle with onions.
