     Tuna Protein Paddy

Ingredients
1 can tuna
2 egg whites
1/4 cup dry oatmeal
diced onion
garlic powder (1-4- 1/2 t bsp)
cheese optional
rye bread optional
 

Instructions
Add all ingredients in a bowl, stir, cook like a pancake. When brown may add cheese to top to melt, and put in sandwich.
