     Rum Sauce

Servings   makes 2 cups

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/4 c rum
1 c powdered sugar
1 c whipping cream, whipped
 

Instructions
Beat the eggs in a saucepan. Add the rum and powdered sugar and mix well. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until thickened, stirrign constantly. Remove from the heat. Fold into the whipped cream. Note- you may substitute 2 t rum extract for the rum.
