     Cremy Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 store bought roasted chicken
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced carrot
56 oz. low -sodium chicken broth
2 cans cream of mushroom soup with roased garlic
2 t. fines herbs (chervil, chives, parsley & tarragon)
salt and pepper
2 c. egg noodles, cooked
 

Instructions
Remove the skin from the chicken and shred the meat from the bone. Put the chicken into a slow cooker along with the onions, celery and carrots. Stir in broth, mushroom soup, and fines herbs and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on highfor 3-4 hours or on low for 8-9 hours. When soup is finished , stir in egg noodles. Adjust seasoning and serve.
