     Crab Ragoon Dip

Ingredients
1 Can Crab Meat
2 (8oz) Cream Cheese Softened
1/4 Cup Parmesean Cheese
2 Scallions Chopped
Juice of 1 Lemon
Dash of Hot Sauce
1 Pkg Won Ton Wrappers (Small Squares)
Canola Oil
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to a oven proof shallow dish or tart pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cut won ton wrappers in triangles and fry in canola or vegetable oil. Drain on paper towel on a plate. Store in a paper bag so they don't get soggy.
