Place sweet potato in small baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake uncovered at 450 for 20-25 minutes, or until potato is tender.
Meanwhile in small serving bowl, combine oil, vinegar, dill weed, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Add sweet potato and toss to coat; sprinkle with onion and bacon. Serve immediately.
