Cook potatoes and peel, grate potatoes. Fry onions and pepper in butter; add flour, then add milk. Makes a thin white sauce. Turn heat very low; add velveeta until melted. Add salt, pepper and mustard, gently mix with potatoes. Put in casserole & sprinkle with paprika
