     Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 can tomato soup
1can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce I use mild
1large package mozzarella or Monterey jack cheese
1large package soft taco shells at least 10 in package
1lb ground beef or shredded chicken
 

Instructions
Cook beef. Drain.Add all soups and sauces and bring to a bubble. In 13 by 9 pan lay soft shell and fill with sauce cover with cheese and close shell. When pan is filled usually can hold about 10 . Cover enchiladas with remaining sauce and the cheese. Cover cook for 20-30 minutes at 350.
