In a9x13 pan, cover bottom with 1/2 jar of nuts. In a large bowl, melt peanut butter chips, Eagle Brand and butter. Stir until smooth. Add mini marshmallows, stir but DO NOT MELT. Spread mixture over nuts; add remaining nuts. Press firmly . Cool and serve
