If not using instant yeast, proof by letting water, sugar and yeast sit
for 10 minutes.

|
Whip eggs and oil with yeast mixture. Add flour and salt. Knead in
Bosch for 10 minutes.
|
|
|
Place in buttered bowl and let rise for 15 minutes. Punch down and
let rise again for another 15 minutes. Punch down again and form
buns. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

|
Bake @ 350 for 15-18 minutes.
