Sift together flour, baking soda and cocoa.
In a large bowl, beat until fluffy brown sugar, butter and peanut butter. Add vanilla and egg and beat well.
Stir in flour mix and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar; blend well and shape into 50-60 balls, about 1/2inch to 3/4 inch.
For each cookie shape approximately 1 T. dough around peanut butter ball and seal.
Set 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Flatten with the bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 7-9 minutes at 375 until set and slightly cracked. Cool Ice if desired.
