Heat oven to 325
Mix flour, sugar and cocoa. Add butter and mix until coarse crumbs form. Pour crumbs into middle of cookie sheet. Pres into an 8 inch circle. Lightly score with blunt knife into 12 wedges. Bake 25-30 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool, Cut wedge all the way through Cool completely & dust with powdered sugar.
