Ingredients
5 cups Flour
2 cups lard
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp white sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg
3 Tbsp Vinegar
Water
 

Instructions
Gently mix dry ingredients together.
With a 1 cup measuring cup put in 1 egg with 3 tbsp vinegar and water to fill the cup. Add to dry ingredients.
Cut until well mixed with pastry cutters. Roll out and place in pie plates or tart tins.
Yields 5 pie shells and approx. 80 tarts
