     Never Fail Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups Flour
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Margarine
1 Egg
2/4 cup Milk
 

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients. Cut into Margarine with pastry cutter until the consistency of crumbs. Beat egg slightly and add milk. Stir only until the dough follows fork around the bowl. Turn out on floured board and knead for 1 minute. Pat out 1/2 inches thick, cut with biscuit cutter.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet @ 400 for 15 minutes. Makes 12-14
