Combine beef, onion, milk, egg, crackers, salt & pepper and mix
well. Place in a loaf pan and make a groove down the centre of the
loaf. Combine in a bowl the ketchup, water, mustard and brown
sugar. Pour over meat mixture down the groove.
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour
