Peel, seed and cut the squash into 1 inch chunks
Put into a microwave safe bowl, cover and microwave
for a total of 8 to 10 minutes (9 in mine).
Half way through the microwaving stir the squash.
Drain, then add the squash to a food processor.
Add the half and half, butter, salt and cayenne
pepper.
Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and
serve.
