     Tami's Ohio Buckeyes

Ingredients
1 lb powdered sugar
1 c graham cracker crumbs
1 c coconut
1 c peanut butter
1 c margarine, softened
6 oz chocolate chips
1/2 cake paraffin
 

Instructions
Mix together all but chocolate chips and paraffin. form into 1 inch balls and refrigerate for two hours. Melt together chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate using toothpicks. Place on waxed paper until cool. keep in fridge.

NOTE- this recipe is also in the Entertaining with Longaberger Celerbrating the Seasons Cookbook, with 2 differences. It calls for 8 oz chocolate chips, and the 1/2 bar (or cake) of paraffin is cut into bits.
