     Rachel's Vegetable Bars

Ingredients
1 pkg crescent rolls
8 oz cream cheese
2 c mayo
1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
1 head shredded broccoli
12/ head shredded cauliflower
3 shredded carrots
 

Instructions
Lay rolls out flat on baking sheet pressing seams together. Bake according to directions on package. Cream together cream cheese, mayo and ranch dressing mix. Spread over cool crescent rolls. Sprinkle veggies on top of rolls. Cut into squares and keep in the fridge.
This is a wonderful one-dish appetizer to serve at your Longaberger home shows.
